Red Lion Controls Remote Access Monitoring Distributor
Red Lion offers of the most innovating solutions for remote monitoring. It starts with the Protocol Conversion feature offered in both their HMI’s and Productivity Stations. This feature allows customers to communicate in multiple control languages simultaneously and send data back and forth between two dissimilar protocols. They then expanded this technology and allowed customers to design virtual HMI’s to remotely see their process from afar. By incorporating in a Webserver now you have the power of the internet to see these values remotely. If interplant Ethernet is not possible they can also utilize a cellular wireless radio to retransmit this data from internal factories to remote locations.
Remote Access Monitoring
The Red Lion ProducTVity station lets you project KPI’s (KeyPerformance Indicators) on LCD, LED, or Plasma TVs. It even has a mobile app that will send texts or real time displays right to your phone. Powerful programming tool Crimson Software is provided. Ready to be connected to the internet with built in Web and FTP servers.
The Modular Controller Series Integrates multi-zone PID control into PC, PLC, and DCS-based systems quickly a
nd easily. The MCS has a powerful 32 zone PID control. The data Acquisition platform is simple and easy to use. It can be remotely operated and monitored. Sends alerts with SMS or Email Files. Lifts the burden off of the PID control from the controller, and also cuts costs by avoiding I/O cards. A Master module can have up to 32 loops, and has 16 PID modules.
Data Station Plus is a multiple protocol converter that allows complete system integration. DSP connects
serial, fieldbus, and Ethernet communications, allowing it to obtain hidden information from drives, PLCs, motion controllers, etc… Data logging is ready for process tracking and improvement. SMS alarm capability and e-mail.
